Ordering Your Countertops at Regent Stone:

If you are unsure about what the process is for ordering granite counters or marble counters from Regent Stone, please continue reading as we walk you through the process.

1. Customers visit our showroom at 125 Bessemer Road in London, Ontario and are walked through the showroom by a member of our team. This gives us the chance to discover exactly what you’re looking for (marble, granite, quartz, soap stone, etc.) and how much you’d like to spend on your new countertops.
2. We show you samples and slabs of the materials you’re interested in and will even give you a quote if you bring us rough measurements you when visit. We will provide you with an information package that you can take home with you so you can consider all your options.
3. When you are ready to order your countertops, one of our installers will come to your home and digitally template your counters so we can get precise measurements so we can order the proper slab size.
4. Once your counters are digitally measured, the slab goes to our fabrication team where the counters are cut, polished and prepared for the final installation. This is where our fantastic team of installers comes in!
